”After being admitted with a pulmonary embolism while out of town, I felt afraid and totally lost on how to coordinate getting my prescriptions in another state and how to communicate with my providers back home and get the care I needed in a timely fashion. Kelli stepped in and was able to communicate with the hospital doctors, asking questions I wouldn't have known to ask and then she was able to reinforce the information in terms I understood. She took care of everything even after I was home, coordinating appointments with several specialists and making sure all providers were on the same page, she even followed up weekly until I was back to health. I don't know what I would have done without her!
